• You may delete or deactivate your account at any time through the app.

• Content you share (routes, workouts, photos, posts) is visible only to people or groups you choose.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant Mossy a license to display it within the app.
• Do not share other people’s personal information or location without their consent.
• Mossy reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is illegal, offensive, or harmful.

4. Safety and Risks

• Mossy provides location tracking and workout features for guidance and social connection.
• Use caution while exercising outdoors. Mossy is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage during activities.
• Always assess your environment, health, and skill level before engaging in outdoor fitness.
• Never rely solely on the app for navigation or safety-critical decisions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Mossy to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Share illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer Mossy or its services.
• Use Mossy for commercial advertising, promotion, or financial gain without explicit consent.
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others.

6. Disclaimers

• Mossy is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, full accuracy of location data, or continuous availability of features.
• Mossy is not a health or medical service; all workouts and activities are your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Mossy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including injuries, loss of data, or disputes among users.
• You use the app at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others.
• Mossy is not responsible for third-party services, content, or links that may appear in the app.

8. Modifications to Terms

• Mossy may update these Terms periodically.
• Updates will appear in the app with the “Last Updated” date.
• Continued use of Mossy after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Termination

• Mossy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, access to your content and app features may be revoked.
• You may also delete your account at any time; deletion permanently removes your data from our systems.
